This event supports most of our activities throughout the year.
P A R E N T S
Parents are asked to help for 2.5 hour shifts from 11am until 9pm.
Needed:
Both parents for a 2.5 hour shift each or
One parent for a 4 hour shift.
If you can help for longer we can really use the help.

Parent volunteers are needed!!

Every family is required to bring a homemade dessert:
cakes, pies, or pudding (in 1 serving size cups)
S c o u t s
Scouts will be serving dinner to our guests so full class “A” uniforms are
required. Serving trays big enough to hold 2 dinners are also required
.
Each Scout will be given 30 tickets to sell.
Our goal is for each Scout to sell $150 worth of tickets.
